These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AAS Films Studio website (http://localhost/aas) and the purchase of any digital assets or courses from our storefront. By browsing our website or initiating a checkout order, you explicitly accept these terms in full.

1. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All assets sold on this website, including but not limited to LUT packs, video effects, presets, sound files, footage, course videos, worksheets, code files, and written syllabus documentation are the exclusive property of AAS Films Studio.

• Single-User License: When you purchase a digital asset, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user license to use the files in your personal or commercial video productions.
• No Redistribution: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sub-licensing, sharing, distributing, or uploading our assets to public drives, torrent platforms, or online marketplaces.
• Course Access Terms: When purchasing a course, you obtain private viewing licenses for the lessons. Recording, copying, or distributing course videos is a violation of copyright law and will result in instant license revocation without refund.

2. Billing and Payments

All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. During checkout, an additional 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be calculated and applied to the transaction total in compliance with local taxation laws.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information (including billing addresses and optional GSTIN) during checkout. Payment processing errors arising from invalid customer credentials are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Digital Asset Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation by our gateways, you will receive secure download links (download tokens) and course enrollment access. Expiry terms or download limits may apply depending on the specific product parameters.

4. User Responsibilities & Accounts

When you register an account, you must secure your credentials. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account name. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts showing suspicious logins, sharing course videos, or attempting unauthorized downloads.

5. Limitation of Liability

AAS Films Studio provides all digital assets and video lessons on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding software compatibility with outdated system architectures or specific software versions not explicitly listed on product spec cards.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the website represents acceptance of the updated terms.
